Embracing Your Story

“I have thought it my duty to exhibit things as they are, not as they ought to be.”
Alexander Hamilton

The creator of Peter Pan wrote, “The life of every man is a diary in which he means to write one story, and writes another.” If I were writing my story as a younger man I would never have included addiction, shame and brokenness. I can now say with joy that God has used the exposure of my addiction to bring me into a deep peace that only He offers.

Daisy and John James have a powerful story of God’s unbound grace that might not have gone how they planned, but has allowed them to abide more fully in Christ and trust the story he has for them.

Please take a few minutes to allow Daisy and John to share a little peace of how they are participating in God’s Story.

“You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.” Isaiah 26:3
